Greece yacht charters may be feasible by July as government introduces 3-step COVID-19 travel plan

Yacht charter in Greece may resume in July, as the Greek Prime Minister announces a 3-point plan to re-open the country for tourism with a focus on encouraging ‘high-end’ vacations in a bid to maintain Social Distancing measures amid the Coronavirus crisis.

Yacht charter in Greece may go ahead from July 1, as the country prepares to implement a 3-point plan to reopen as an international travel destination after a ‘successful’ response to the novel Coronavirus outbreak.

Greece is the first country in Europe to implement a plan for restarting its tourism industry with a specific focus on yachts and marinas.

Speaking to CNN, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis stated that they were looking ahead to the future of travel and vacations and the country’s tourism season could ‘conditionally kick off’ in early July.

“Ideally, we want more high-end tourists which can actually help the country respect the Social Distancing,” he stated.

Tour Operators από την Ρωσία επισκέφθηκαν Ερμιονίδα, Σπέτσες & Ύδρα

Έξι ιδιοκτήτριες των μεγαλύτερων ταξιδιωτικών γραφείων της Ρωσίας επισκέφθηκαν τις τελευταίες μέρες την Ερμιονίδα. Τα γραφεία έχουν υπό την διαχείρισή τους πελατολόγιο υψηλών προδιαγραφών (VIP) και βρέθηκαν στην περιοχή κατόπιν πρόσκλησης της PSUXOGIOS & PARTNERS REAL ESTATE AGENCY, η οποία ειδικεύεται στην μίσθωση πολυτελών κατοικιών.

Το ταξίδι τους ξεκίνησε από την μαρίνα του Αγ. Κοσμά στην Γλυφάδα με yacht της εταιρίας “ARGO MARITIME  ναυλώσεις πολυτελών σκαφών”, με προορισμό την Ερμιονίδα. Κατά την διαμονή τους επισκέφθηκαν την Ύδρα, τις Σπέτσες, την Ερμιόνη, το Πόρτο Χέλι, την Κοιλάδα καθώς επίσης τους αρχαιολογικούς χώρους της Επιδαύρου και το σπήλαιο Φράχθι. Την επίσκεψη στο σπήλαιο, κατόπιν πρόσκλησης του Δημάρχου κ. Δημήτριου Σφυρή, επιμελήθηκε ο Δήμος Ερμιονίδας και συνόδευσαν οι δημοτικοί σύμβουλοι κ. Ιωάννης Ρούσσης – Πρόεδρος Λιμενικού Ταμείου Ερμιονίδας και κ. Απόστολος Λαδάς – Υπεύθυνος Τομέα Ανάπτυξης Δήμου Ερμιονίδας και τους ξενάγησε στον χώρο του Σπηλαίου η εκπαιδευτικός κ. Μαρία Λιώση.

Οι επισκέπτες διαπίστωσαν από κοντά την ποιότητα των πολυτελών κατοικιών και γεύτηκαν ελληνικά εδέσματα από τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια της περιοχής. Οι τέσσερις κυρίες από αυτές δεν είχαν ξαναεπισκεφθεί ποτέ τους την Ελλάδα και σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα όλων η Ερμιονίδα με τα γειτονικά νησιά της αποτελεί ιδανικό προορισμό για τους υψηλών απαιτήσεων πελάτες τους και δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από τους τοπ διεθνείς τουριστικούς προορισμούς με τους οποίους οι ίδιοι συνεργάζονται.
